Job summary
We are currently hiring for a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor to serve as the key technical resource for the production maintenance operation focusing on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution of all processing equipment systems.
+Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate the maintenance of all plant production equipment to maximize equipment uptime and to resolve quality and production related issues with an emphasis on continuous improvement, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Improve the effectiveness of the maintenance function by driving solutions to reduce equipment downtime.
