- Assist in the annual compensation planning cycle including testing and ensuring proper functionality of the global compensation planning system
- Manage global survey library and lead participation in U.S. salary surveys
- Basic and complex ad hoc compensation analysis
- Assesses jobs and their respective duties to determine appropriate salary range and employee pay
- Gather data from marketbased compensation surveys using spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends
- Participate in and assist with global compensation projects as required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- One to three years of experience as a compensation analyst required.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical and problemsolving skills, and experience in working with large global data sets.
- Strong Excel skills
- Able to work independently and with ambiguity; owns projects and assignments from starttoend
- Must have a strong customer focus, be proactive and able to operate in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to operate within a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
