    The Program Director of Nursing Quality and Practice will report to the Sr. Director of Nursing Quality.

    This caregiver will lead identified improvement efforts within the Nursing Institute of the Cleveland Clinic Health System centered on safety, quality, and patient experience.

    They would also provide Nursing Quality and Practice expertise to the Cleveland Clinic Connected program members throughout the world. Frequent travel, both domestic and international, will be required.

    ideal caregiver is someone who has 4 years of clinical nursing experience including 1 year healthcare management experience, and: Has leadership, project management, and process improvement work experience.

    Has a strong understanding of nursing practice standards. Can schedule and manage tasks effectively. Is experience with conflict resolution and problem-solving. Has written and verbal communication skills.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Support the Cleveland Clinic Connected Program by providing Nursing Quality, Practice and patient experience expertise.
    Collaborate with Strategy Department and International Operations to provide services to CC Connected members.
    Lead the evaluation and action planning for nursing quality, practice, and patient experience for CC Connected partners.
    Frequent domestic and international travel will be required to provide support to CC Connected.

    Lead improvement efforts within the Cleveland Clinic Health System to enhance quality, safety, and patient experience within the Nursing Institute.

    Collaborates with leaders in Clinical Transformation to support all hospital quality and accreditation activities at the enterprise level.

    Collaborates with leaders in the Nursing Institute to implement actionable items related to nurse-sensitive indicators, hospital quality measures, and compliance vestigates best practices and leads efforts to make improvements/adopt best practices.

    Support the Senior Directors of Nursing Quality and Nursing Practice in their work.


    Education:
    Master's degree in nursing or related field required


    BSN required Languages:

    English requiredCertifications:
    Quality and/or nursing leadership certifications preferredCurrent state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)

    Work Experience:4 years clinical nursing experience required to include at least one year of healthcare management experience.
    Project management and continuous improvement experience preferred.
    Previous healthcare leadership across multiple locations preferred.
