    Job Responsibilities

    You will receive service calls from the Service Resource Center, including brief descriptions of equipment/system malfunctions. You will contact customer representatives and ascertain equipment/system problems. Your tasks will include performing service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications, including wet (steel, copper, and CPVC), dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.

    Requirements

    • 7-10 years of documented experience in Fire Sprinkler industry performing service and repair to Sprinkler and Suppression systems
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer requirements
    • Overnight travel may be required
    • Maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs
    • Adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
    • Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements
    • Follow verbal and written instructions
    • Capable of performing physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
    • Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 60 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
    • Must be able to follow, read, and understand all safety requirements of the company and the customer

    Preferred Qualifications

    • NICET Level II certification is a plus
    • Backflow certification is a plus

    Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
