The Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology at the University of Virginia, seeks candidates for an Open Rank, Open Track Physician Scientist faculty position.
The successful candidate will strengthen the clinical research efforts by enrolling patients into clinical trials via the excellent translational research opportunities and resources available at the University.
Additionally, the incumbent will attend inpatient and outpatient services and participate in multidisciplinary team care and clinical research within the Cancer Center.
As an integral part of the educational mission, the incumbent will actively participate in the teaching of fellows, residents, and medical students.
