- Manage helpdesk staff to ensure requests are completed timely and accurately
- Manage scheduling and prioritization of tasks for internal helpdesk and Managed Services Provider
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed
- Ensure employee onboarding and offboarding occurs timely and accurately
- Communicate with staff and provide updates on open items
- Troubleshoot escalations (both internally and externally)
- Provide leadership, coaching and performance to staff
- Identity opportunities to improve current processes
- Oversee Bank applications to ensure user entitlements setups are properly documented and manage the user entitlement review process
- Work closely with other departments to ensure requests are handled in timely manner
- Manage system upgrades, and patching
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software
- Provide tracking metrics and status updates
- Ability to provide hands-on support for all activities
- Oversee and project manage IT projects (including IT Infrastructure, Online Banking, along with projects originating from other departments that require IT)
- 7+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry (Banking, Credit Union) in Information Security or IT leadership/manager role.
- Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Proven track record in leading and building out IT helpdesk team
- Strong focus on doing what is right for our customers and the Bank.
