Description

Fully remote Medical Customer Service Representative. Must have recent SAP expeirence. To enhance our business by providing excellent account management to our healthcare customer base of Pet Centers, hospitals, clinics, and manufacturing partners. Efficiently service our customers by fulfilling customer requests for product by assisting in the order process, monitoring orders, coordinating transport, and monitoring pharmacy details for orders.

salary: $26 - $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is to complete all activities related to the onboarding and offboarding of employees partnering with HR, Health and Safety, IT, Security and hiring managers to process requests including but not limited to office space, supplies, IT equipment, business systems access, system license requests (i.e., DocuSign), corporate credit card request, and creation of travel profiles.
• Working with the hiring managers generate on-boarding agendas and schedules to meet and greet new team members, key stakeholders, and ensure initial training requirements are provided. Ensure office space, as relevant, is ready. May include organizing orientation luncheon for hiring department to welcome new team member(s).
