Position DescriptionAs a CNC Machine Mill Machinist, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

Setting up and operating CNC Mill (Makino F5's, Makino PS95, Matsuura) machines in a production environmentRead and interpret blueprints and manufacture parts within specificationsPerform First Article Inspection (FAI) using precision measuring instruments and ensure parts conform to the blueprints Position RequirementsThis position requires the following skills and attributes:Work flexible and extended hours as needed (1st or 2nd shift)Be a detail-oriented and quality-minded individualPossess basic machine shop math skills and ability to perform calculationsExperience with Star, Citizen, Deco, Makino, Hurco and/or Matsuura is a plusAbility to wear personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, etc.

Work experience related to CNC machiningExcellent communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented environment BenefitsThe base compensation range for this role is $18 - $26 / hour for the position in California.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
