- Builds and maintains working relationships with customers, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders

- Utilize business process tools and specialized expertise to streamline initiatives and integrate disparate rules, policy, and technologies
- Leverage leadership team and problem-solving methodologies to foster solutions alleviating strategic roadblocks and create innovative solutions for ambiguous problem-sets
- Active Secret Clearance; U.S
- Master's Degree + 13 years related experience, Bachelor's degree + 15 years related experience
- 5 years of experience as a personnel manager, Deputy PM, Technical Lead or Project Manager on contracts of a team of similar size, scope and complexity
- PMP Certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication - Oral and Written
- Proficient with Microsoft applications and programs (Visio, Project, Publisher, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with DoD Tactical Networks
- Financial management and Financial Planning
- Operational or analytic production experience
- Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up to support customer's needs, clearly communicate (orally and written) ideas, take initiative to provide creative solutions to challenges and/or systemic problems Target salary range: $185,001 - $195,000

This position will support the customer group and is responsible for providing a broad array of support to executive leadership
The ideal candidate must have strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify and anticipate requirements, while providing creative solutions to the team
