Job summary

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to serve as the dedicated on-site IT support for our Irvine, California office and as the primary IT point of contact for our West Coast employees and offices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to users via in-person assistance, phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, applications, and network connectivity
