The Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) team are helping to build the next generation of software to help employees fulfil their potential.

We are looking for a talented Software Engineerin Testto join our team.
As a Tester, you will be responsible for checking the quality: manual, automated, accessibility, performance, scalability of our software. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams distributed across the globe.

You will be joining a friendly team of smart people, who enjoy problem solving and enjoy striving to better themselves.

We work in agile teams, across the full stack. Our engineers consider implementation details of scale, security and usability.

We build highly scalable, cloud-based services using industry best practice, giving you the opportunity to work with the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Work withexisting Java based testing frameworkto implement API/UI tests.
Monitor and triage any failing automation tests.
Assist in coordinating bug hunts for newfeatures.
Creating Test plans
Engage in Manual /Automation/Performance/Accessibility testing.
Work with the team to plan and estimatetickets.

Minimum Requirements:
You have a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

You have 2+ years of professional experience in both manual and automation testing, with proficiency in Java or a similar language.

You are familiar with the SDLC and STLC life cycles.
You have used Bitbucket/Github as a code repository.
You have used Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools.

Desirable Skills:
You are experienced with micro service architecture, cloud-based software development (e.g., AWS), distributed event streaming systems (e.g., Kafka), and REST
You are self-driven and comfortable taking the initiative to work asynchronously with your team.
You have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
