Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Smyrna, TN.

As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle of recruiting, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and interviewing potential hires.

You will foster strong relationships with business leaders and HR teams and collaborate with them to identify talent across various departments.

The role requires some work from home.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and talent acquisition strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Adept at assessing candidates and matching qualifications to job requirements and team fit
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source candidates
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience in the transportation or logistics industry preferred
