    Description

    Our client, a leading grocery retail organization, is seeking a System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Administrator to join their team. As an SCCM Administrator, you will be part of the Information Services department supporting Desktop & Mobility Services and Infrastructure Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a high level of ownership which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: SCCM Administrator

    Location: Matthews, NC – onsite

    Type: 6-month C2H

    What's the Job?

  • Manage and deploy applications, patches, and operating system updates to enterprise endpoint devices using SCCM/MECM
  • Create and maintain OS images and task sequences for device provisioning across corporate and retail locations
  • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint configuration environments
  • Troubleshoot device, deployment, and configuration issues while coordinating with internal teams and vendors
  • Develop documentation, deployment guides, and support materials for ongoing operations

    What's Needed?

  • Experience administering SCCM/MECM in an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • PowerShell scripting experience for automation and administration tasks
  • Experience with OS imaging, software packaging, and patch management
  • Background supporting large user environments with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
