Job summary
We are partnering with a growing employment litigation practice seeking a Senior Employment Defense Litigator to take ownership of complex employment matters.This is a senior role for an attorney who genuinely enjoys litigation and wants meaningful responsibility running cases end-to-end.
Defend employers in employment litigation matters including single-plaintiff class action and PAGA cases Manage cases from inception through resolution or trial Develop litigation strategy and handle pleadings motion practice discovery depositions mediations and trial preparation Provide employment advice and counsel to clients Work closely with partners while independently managing assigned matters
Qualifications
- 10+ years of employment litigation experience primarily on the defense side.
- Demonstrated experience handling matters start-to-finish.
- Class action and PAGA experience strongly preferred.
