    Roles and Duties:

    • Directs the management team and advisors in devising and executing a business strategy that encompasses all operational aspects, including prioritizing tasks and roles. Monitors departmental operations, enforces policies, evaluates performance, offers feedback, and provides guidance, support, coaching, and disciplinary action as necessary
    • Supervises routine inspections to oversee nursing care provision, performance of support units, cleanliness and appearance of the facility, staff morale, and ensures resident requirements are met
    • Demonstrates exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients by endorsing and implementing the Company's Health and Rehabilitation Services customer service initiatives and commercial objectives
    • Utilizes feedback data to address key areas designated by our clients
    • Makes sure advisors and other support services are used effectively, and sustains a high level of teamwork among departments
    • A comprehensive job description, with all duties and physical demands, will be provided upon request during the interview process

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of practice (HFA License required)
    • Completion of the company's EDIT Program and/or prior experience as an Executive Director
    • Background in performance management and successful leadership
    • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
    • Maintain regular attendance reliably
