Facilities Maintenance Technician

Reports To: Facilities Director
Position Overview
The Boulder Country Club is seeking a motivated and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the daily care and continuous improvement of our facilities and amenities. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall member experience throughout the property.
This role is best suited for an individual who takes personal pride in their work, notices details others may overlook and enjoys maintaining spaces to a consistently high standard. Much of the work focuses on facility presentation, preventative maintenance, and hands-on improvement projects that directly impact the member environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting, patching, and finish work to maintain a polished appearance throughout club facilities.
- Complete scheduled power washing and exterior cleaning of walkways, patios, courts, and building surfaces.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify and address aesthetic or maintenance concerns proactively.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including minor repairs, adjustments, and preventative upkeep.
- Supports HVAC and mechanical maintenance activities.
- Support light custodial detailing to ensure member-facing areas remain clean and well-presented.
- Assist with seasonal projects, facility upgrades, and operational setup needs.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in an organized and professional manner.
- Work independently to complete assigned projects while coordinating with the Facilities team as needed.
- Participates in rotating on-call support schedule.
- Supports departmental operations by completing additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Facilities Director, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager.

Preferred Experience
- Maintenance or facilities experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, or similar environments.
- Painting, finishing, or aesthetic maintenance experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent walking, bending, climbing ladders, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
