Position Summary
This position will support the 21st CCLC grant-funded afterschool program that will serve Vida Charter School students. The site coordinator is responsible for curriculum, instruction, and supervision of student coordinators.

Reports to:
Program Director

Essential Duties

• Coordinates the implementation of curriculum and instruction in the after-school environment and monitors the instructional delivery to targeted students.
• Consults with the Program Director, principals, and teachers to ensure the program goals are being met.
• Evaluates and adjusts program to ensure targeted students' needs are being achieved.
• Supervises student coordinators for the 21st Century after-school programs to include observing classes, monitoring work performance, determining workloads, conducting performance evaluations in collaboration with Program Director, and maintaining records.
• Acts as a liaison with community partners, school staff, students, and other stakeholders in regard to the 21st CCLC. Develops lesson plans and activities, instructs students, maintains discipline, and evaluates student's development for the 21st Century programs, in concert with the Program Director.
• Monitors student attendance of the programs by collecting attendance rosters.
• Organizes project activities.
• Provides the support and guidance necessary to ensure that program elements sponsored by partnering organizations are introduced smoothly.
• Performs related duties as required.

This is a grant-funded position supported through February 28, 2029

Hourly Pay Rate:
$20.40

Qualifications
Required

• Available to work Monday-Friday from 3:15pm-5:30pm
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English

Desired

• PA teaching certification preferred
