Labor Compliance Specialist I - Boise, ID

Job summary
Provides overall labor compliance support to ensure construction projects comply with labor laws prevailing wage requirements and project specific labor requirements on assigned market s.
Responsibilities
- Able to perform all essential Labor Compliance Analyst responsibilities
- Responsible for labor compliance activities on assigned projects across various markets including identifying labor compliance requirements and project set up
- Communicate project specific labor compliance requirements to subcontractors vendors
- Monitor and audit certified payroll for internal self perform and external subcontractors
- Perform audits on projects and communicate issues or non compliant items to appropriate parties to resolve/li Develop risk assessments on Compliance Programs and escalate issues to senior labor compliance team members to assist with identifying appropriate solutions li Participate in third party Government reviews audits inquiries Compile necessary information documents work with appropriate departments senior labor compliance staff address issues li Resolve lower risk grievances with appropriate guidance supervision Review verify payroll records benefit statements employer training contributions apprenticeship paperwork other relevant documents determine compliance applicable rules regulations Work subcontractor staff issue requests missing revised documentation needed meet compliance requirements Ensure projects are compliant organizational policies procedures Use LCP Tracker other software review approve certified payroll documents Verify subcontractors vendors compliant status approve payment Travel job sites pre construction meetings training education relevant activities necessary Maintain related databases updated available Create maintain positive relationships stakeholders contractors Coordinate assist internal office affairs Complete additional tasks as assigned/h2>
