- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Implement effective strategies for lead generation and client expansion through various channels.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals, preferences, and financial considerations
- Perform accurate property valuations and provide insightful market analyses to guide client decisions
- Develop and execute marketing plans, utilizing traditional and digital channels for optimal property exposure
- Skillfully negotiate terms and oversee transactions from offer acceptance to closing.
- Build strong, lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, and legal requirements, and invest in continuous professional development
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and enhance overall team performance
- Embrace cutting-edge real estate technology tools and stay informed about emerging technologies
- At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Show a track record of real estate success
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
