- Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including implementation, training, adoption and retention.
- Establish relationships as a trusted advisor and serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, while identifying areas of opportunity and highlighting best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth
- Prepare actionable performance data for individual and enterprise clients; analyze trends to identify areas for improvement
- Work with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies
- Partner with new clients to adopt our software and promote utilization through increased performance
- Work alongside Team Leadership and Account Executives to complete high-level and long-term projects
- Generate additional revenue opportunities for our sales team to continue to expand our client base
- Visit our clients to help implement our solutions in their workflow
- 2-5 years of Client Success Experience.
- Have previous Automotive industry experience or comparable work experience managing customers' book of business
- Are analytical and have a process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- Are flexible and innovative thinkers
- Have a willingness for client-based travel up to 50% business days / month)
