    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for managing staff, processes, and complex operations with excellent communication skills. They will oversee the work of other employees, ensuring successful task completion and motivate staff results by communicating clear expectations and goals.

    This role requires acute problem-solving skills, meticulous planning, monitoring, and appraising. The supervisor will coach, counsel, and discipline employees while initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage staff, processes, and complex operations
    • Oversee the work of other employees
    • Motivate staff results through effective communication
    • Counsel and discipline employees as needed
    • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures

    Requirements:

    • Registered Veterinary Technician in Maryland (preferred)
    • Minimum 5 years experience as an RVT or 5 years working as a technician in a specialty practice
    • Minimum 5 years experience monitoring anesthesia in a specialty setting
