Description
Our client is looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join their team in the Northwest Arkansas Area.This role will offer long term development and provide the successful candidate with exposure to both ground up and renovation construction within light industrial, commercial interiors, higher education, retail, restaurants, and K-12 markets.
It is a mid-sized General Contractor with a stable pipeline of diverse projects.The Commercial Project Manager will:
Minimum of five (5) year's experience managing multiple commercial projects up to $10 million. Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
Computer Skills Required:
Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to create material take-offs. College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but not required.
