- Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with aBS Pharmacy degree or higher.
- Currentlylicensed to practice pharmacy in resident State or eligible toreciprocate.
- Two plus years' experiencepreferred but not required.
- Courteous,professional service to patients, visitors, and staff.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- This position will assist as needed with coverage duringthe week and weekend shift.

- Ensure safe, appropriate, cost-effective drug therapiesfor patients according to established policies, procedures, andprotocols.
- Interpret drug orders (verbal andwritten) and transcribe to computerized patient medication profilesaccurately.
- Assist with pharmacokineticsconsult service and drug dosing per hospital protocol.
- Maintain accurate, complete pharmacy patient medicationprofiles.
- Complete all assigned medicationstorage area inspections in a timely manner.
- Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel asassigned by the Director of Pharmacy.
