    Responsibilities

    • Compensation job matching assistance and reporting
    • Assisting in the completion of market based surveys
    • Assisting with the collection of data for the development of job descriptions
    • Assisting with the collection of current compensation policies
    • Assisting with a variety of Compensation projects as needed
    Qualifications
    • Active pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance or related field.
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Passion and curiosity for learning
    • Analytical skills and the ability to draw insights from data
    • Ability to be trusted with confidential issues and data
    • Possess strong communication, organization, time management, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Not afraid to ask questions for clarity and guidance
    • Attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of data
    • Must be able to work 37.5 hours/week during the summer with possibility of extension into the fall / spring semester at a minimum of 12 hours/week
