    SUMMARY:

    We are seeking a talented Data Scientist with a Machine Learning skillset to join our team. This role will report to the Manager, Artificial Intelligence and based out of PRGX's Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Master of Science or PhD in a relevant field, along with 1-3 years of experience applying machine learning techniques to solve complex data problems. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models to extract insights and drive decision making across the organization.

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Apply machine learning algorithms and statistical models to large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop data-driven solutions.

    · Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.

    · Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in machine learning and artificial intelligence

    · Communicate complex data insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.

    · Mentor and guide interns on the team.

    WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Master of Science in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science.
    • PhD preferred.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience applying machine learning techniques to solve complex data problems.
    • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical models, including supervised and unsupervised learning methods.
    • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.
    • Proficiency in Python programming, and experience working with big data tools such as Spark.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control tools such as Git.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
    • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
    • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
