    Description

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required, Master's Degree in Business or engineering preferred.

    7+ years of project management, program management, or other related experience

    Prior experience with automotive products, processes, and environment, particularly lighting (exterior/interior), electronics, injection molding, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

    Ability to interface and effectively communicate with customers and the Methode core team at all levels

    Proficiency in structured problem-solving.

    Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate level or higher)

    Proven ability to overcome obstacles and get results
