We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and committed to building customer relationships. Great listening skills, documentation, and organization are highly valued in candidates for this position.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department if needed.
-Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via email & phone.
Provide general administrative support, such as printing prepulls, scanning documents, and adjusting inventory.
Schedule freight pickups and create shipment BOLs.
-Communicate efficiently with the Manufacturers for all purchase orders and stock checks.
Work hand in hand with the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace area is tidy and presentable.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Customer Service Associate or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with QuickBooks and Outlook email is preferred.
-Highschool Diploma.
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $21- $24 per hour.
Reviews: 6 month & annual evaluations.
Expected hours: 40 per week.
