The Employment Development Department is looking for an Information Technology Manager I to manage enterprise storage and backup operations. The Information Technology Branch's Enterprise Storage Group plays a critical role in supporting delivery of unemployment and disability insurance benefits to the public, as well as employer tax collection. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with network, application, server, storage, and business teams to implement new, innovative services, and cloud and disaster recovery solutions. You will have exposure to executive levels of management through participation in projects and complex problem-solving situations. Responsibilities include infrastructure planning and capacity management, contract management, data management, zoning, duplication, archiving, etc., as well as succession planning and the ongoing development of the team.
