    Occupational Therapist (OT) - SNF Position

    The Occupational Therapist (OT) will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and mental abilities to determine rehabilitation needs, focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

    The OT will develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to help patients regain or improve their independence in daily activities.

    The therapist will provide therapeutic interventions to enhance fine motor skills, coordination, strength, and mobility, using a variety of techniques and equipment.

    Job Requirements:

    • A strong understanding of occupational therapy principles, especially in the context of a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
    • Proficiency in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
    • An active [STATE] Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist or in a similar role.
    • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
    • Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
    • Experience with EPIC or similar charting systems.
