****What You Will Do****
Manage inbound calls from a queue, and act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
Typical calls include, but are not limited to: product availability and pricing, product features and information, shipping times and shipment tracking, order status, competitive cross-reference, and customer account status.
Set up new customer accounts and update existing account information
Perform all customer service processes including, but not limited to: entering domestic and international orders, thorough knowledge of product characteristics and intended use, protocols for special orders, hold orders and prepay accounts, and end of day processing
Support joint customer service and sales programs
Understand and comply with the Key Surgical quality system as it relates to customer service and understanding the impact the position has on both the customer and quality
Recognize nonconforming services and properly follow the disposition process
Ensure that customer feedback is shared with Key Surgical and that customer complaints are immediately reported to the quality department for resolution
****What You Need To Be Successful****
High School Diploma or equivalent required. College education preferred.
Prior experience in customer service required
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
Ability to effectively read, write, and speak English required
Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
Strong time management and organizational skills
