Key Responsibilities:
Assisting families with selecting burial and funeral options, memorialization, and understanding all cemetery guidelines.
Performing essential administrative duties, including customer service, paperwork management, and CRM software updates.
Actively engaging with and presenting to community groups and the public, enhancing the visibility and mission of Jefferson Memorial.
Providing detailed reports on interactions with families, sales achievements, and feedback received.
Who We Are Looking For:
Compassionate individuals with or without direct pre-planning experience. Sales professionals seeking a more meaningful application of their skills are welcome.
Self-motivated and independent workers with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Candidates ready to obtain PA Life Insurance and Cemetery Sales Licenses, if not already held. A Pennsylvania Funeral Directors license is preferred but not essential.
