    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Obtain data and qualify leads if good fit to partner with the company - if so, set up meetings with partners
    • Build social media presence across various platforms and manage consistent content
    • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients and referral partners
    • Track, identify, and add ideal prospective clients to the sales pipeline
    • Coordinate with team members to standardize proposals and client onboarding procedures
    • Create presentation content and conduct meetings with potential clients and referrals
    • Train accounting team on best practices for potential client meetings
    • Conduct industry research to develop effective sales solutions and marketing techniques
    • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement the company's brand strategy
    • Manage SEO and track and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
    • 2+ years of work experience in marketing or business development
    • Experience in the accounting, finance, or professional services industry is a plus
    • Familiarity with WordPress editing and Sprout social media management tool is preferred
    • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
    • Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) or search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns
    • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Exceptional project management and data analysis skills
    • Enthusiasm for company and its growth potential
    • Ability to effectively collect, analyze, and summarize data

    Additional Info:

    • Pay: $60K-$70K depending on experience level
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
    • Location: In Office for 1 month training period - Hybrid flexibility after
