- Cocktail Creation : Craft a variety of cocktails with precision and creativity, showcasing your mixology expertise
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of mixology techniques, including muddling, shaking, stirring, infusing, and garnishing to perfection, resulting in visually appealing and flavorful drinks
- Customer Engagement : Interact with customers, offering recommendations and ensuring a positive bar experience
- Offer personalized beverage recommendations and engage with guests to ensure an extraordinary bar experience, anticipating their needs, and surpassing their expectations
- Ingredient Knowledge : Stay informed about different spirits, wines, and ingredients, providing insights to customers
- Bar Presentation : Maintain a clean and organized bar area, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal
- Collaboration : Work closely with other bar staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
- Previous experience as a Mixologist or in a similar role with at least 2 years experience
