Description
Business Systems Analyst - 120k-160k/year
The Business Systems Analyst reviews and evaluates user needs to support business strategies, and serves as the liaison between IT and users, requiring business acumen and technical expertise.
Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives
Creates system specifications that drive development and implementation
Works with internal teams to garner a deep understanding of the product
Maintains the information architecture
Participates in scrum ceremonies and actively contributes to the SDLC
Experience and Skill Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Writer
Ability to understand Python and/or JavaScript
Familiarity with the SDLC
Proficient with the Agile/Scrum methodology
Work well within a team environment and under pressure
Possess high attention to detail
