A commercial construction company, located in East Houston, is looking for early-career candidates or recent graduates within the construction field. The company is seeking highly motivated individuals, willing to succeed, and eager to learn all aspects of the business. The company is offering you a career and not just a job.

You will be trained in the many facets and complexities of the industry, and you will get to enjoy the reward of knowledge and have an income. Trainees will work in different capacities, from the bottom upward, to experience and learn the different aspects of the business, before being placed in a managerial role.

Applicants must be:

• College/Junior graduate or students in the construction field
• No restriction on what graduating class you're in
• At least 18 years of age
• Have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to produce safely
• Must be willing to be trained
• Success driven, inquisitive, "can do attitude"
• Physically and mentally tough
• Punctual and organized
• Leader who is a team player and leads by example
• Ready to learn the business
• Ability to work 40 hours per week

Applicants must have a valid Texas Driver's License, minimal to no criminal history, and will be required to pass a drug screen. Associates, College degree or some college tenure required. Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 3:00 pm. Pay is $20 -$27 per hour.
