    As the General Manager at Butler's Pantry, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing a restaurant.

    Some Key Areas of Responsibility include:
    Manage and lead a team of cafe staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
    Monitor and control inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
    Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall performance
    Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
    Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
    Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely food service
    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development to staff

    Requirements:
    Proven experience as a cafe manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
    Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues professionally
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively
    Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to maximize profitability
