We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our operations and drive business growth in the Tobyhanna, PA area.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Walmart's Logistics team as a Senior Operations Manager, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve facility goals.

You will lead a team of associates and managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success. Your expertise in financial management, logistics, and operations will be crucial in driving cost savings, improving quality, and enhancing safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in a senior management role within an operations/distribution/logistics environment. If you have experience in a retail or similar environment, we encourage you to apply.
