Cultivate both your personal brand and the client's brand within the local marketplace.
Act as the quarterback in guiding the trajectory of client projects.
Mentor, train, and develop Assistant Project Managers and designers within your team.

Serve as a trusted business partner to clients, leveraging your technical expertise to help them achieve their development goals.
Represent clients at key project milestones, including public presentations and hearings.
Act as second in command directly to the Director of Land Development.
