Medical Center is seeking a Pediatrician to join our dedicated team - Outpatient clinic with modern EMR and supportive staff - Schedule: Monday?Thursday, 8 AM?5 PM; Friday, 8 AM?Noon - Average 18?22 patients per day - Light inpatient rounding and call coverage (10 days/month; low call-back frequency) - Seasonal volume shifts (higher in winter, lighter in summer) - Pediatric support for deliveries & nursery (no NICU, <8 deliveries/month) - Competitive base salary + wRVU production bonus - Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance - Student loan repayment assistance - Paid time off, retirement plan, malpractice coverage - Comprehensive health & well-being benefits - CME allowance + residency stipend for early commitment - Marketing and practice growth support
