• Mid Level Primary Location: Raleigh, North Carolina V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Business Analyst
• Mid Level for our premier client in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Education and Experience " Health data exchange:
Understanding of data policy, health information technology, program monitoring, and/or quality measurement and quality improvement: 3 Years


Project Management skill:
Critical thinking and problem solving skills, Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and needs of multiple stakeholders: 3 Years


Communication:
Ability to communicate complex material in clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing: 3 Years


Microsoft Office Products:
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and word: 3 Years


Medicaid and health care:
Familiarity with Medicaid and health and associated rules, regulations, and standards: 3 Years


Analysis:
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the analysis of population health delivery models, care delivery models, care management models: 3 Years


Workflows:
Understanding of clinical workflows and/or familiarity with medical coding and electronic health records: 3 Years.

Understanding digital quality measurement, FHIR, and/or interoperability standards: 3 Years


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day implementation of QPHE's project to leverage HealthConnex for quality and population health, including finalizing the project design, leading the implementation of technology changes and healthcare provider supports, and developing a strategy around future phases of work.

Perform comprehensive process monitoring to oversee and adjust technology changes and policies as they are implemented.

Support partner engagement and vendor management, including with the Health Information Exchange Authority, Medicaid population health and quality measurement subject matter experts, Medicaid analysts, vendor, Prepaid Health Plans, providers, and other divisions.

Ensure technology and business partners have formative information to plan and adapt their work in adherence to best practices, current policies, and stakeholder demands.
