    ALC in Urbandale/Johnston IA has an opportunity for an Associate Project Manager . Take responsibility for aspects of commercial installation projects in a building solutions environment.

    Work closely with subcontractors & cross-functional teams and manage smaller projects independently whilst assisting Senior Project Manager(s) on large projects.

    Manage projects i.e., follow project processes and provide direction to Project Engineers
    Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction
    Responsible for the overall financial performance of projects i.e., project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and re-estimating costs of installation projects
    Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders upon scope creep
    Coordinate project materials; Build relationships with sub-contractors, identify issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any matters

    2+ years' experience in project management
    ~Bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering
    Experience in Electrical, HVAC, or Building Automationenvironment
    Problem-solving, planning, and project management skills
    Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
    English written and verbal communication skills
