Guymon, OK 73942, USA Req #119 Wednesday, December 29, 2021 As a Branch Manager for Sun Loan Company, youll lead and develop a team of Consumer Loan Specialists who are dedicated to elevating customer satisfaction. Youll have the opportunity to motivate your team to meet branch and company-wide goals. This role is vital to the success of the branch, as well as the success of the entire company.

**Position Responsibilities:**

Meet (or exceed) branch and company-wide goals

Supervise team of Consumer Loan Specialists

Manage daily office operations and procedures

Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability

Lead loan application approval process

Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone

Maintain compliance with policies and procedures

Support Tax Preparation, if applicable (varies by location)

Plan and develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses

**Position Requirements:**

Loan industry management experience preferred, or 2-3 years prior management experience from other customer service-focused industries

Computer skills and ability to operate a calculator

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to work Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm; Fridays 8:30-6pm and occasional Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm, additional hours may be required (No Sundays)

Must be at least 18 years of age
