- Responsible for account reconciliations, financial reports, and analysis related to Banking
- Manages and monitors all period close activities ensuring all deadlines are met and all processing is completed accurately
- Serves as an interface with the corporate financial reporting group as well as the internal and external audit teams during both internal control and financial statement audits and reviews schedules / information requested by internal and external auditors
- Regularly engages and manages relationships with key stakeholders and process owners to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensures that all requests for support from both internal and external partners are fulfilled in a timely and accurately
- Ensures documentation of processes are complete and up-to-date for both internal and governance documentation
- Leads team through all change associated with new software and responsibilities
- Represents Banking functions in all major companywide initiatives

Purpose:
The purpose of the Senior Manager, Bank Accounting and Reconciliations is to manage all daily functions of Banking along with account reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.
This role is responsible for leading all process improvement efforts, representing Banking in all business planning meetings.Essential Functions:
Reporting Relationship:
The position reports to the Senior Director of Revenue Accounting
Major Interdependencies:
Global Shared Service Center, Corporate Finance, Operations, Field Finance, and Information Technology
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
* Education and Experience: The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 6 years: o In leadership role:
Requires 3 years of experience executing banking and finance programs
o In technical role:
Requires 6 years of banking experience
A bachelor's degree in a program related to the functional area can count for 2 of the six-year requirement
An MBA or a master's level degree in a program related to the functional area can count for an additional 2 years of the six-year requirement
o In industry: 3-5 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience
o Demonstrated history of balancing the needs of the business with the needs of the employee population and individual circumstances
o Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive work environments through coaching, developing, and leading teams to achieve common goals
o Requires approximately 15% travel to airport locations
