    Description

    Job Opening: Janitor Position at Kimco Facility Services

    At Kimco Facility Services, we value each and every member of our team. We specialize in delivering top-notch janitorial services to our commercial clients, relying on dedicated employees like you to help us succeed. Currently, we have opportunities available for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

    Details:

    • Pay rate: $18 per hour
    • Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8 pm to 10:30 pm
    • Total weekly hours: 15

    Requirements:

    • Successful completion of Criminal History check and e-Verify

    Responsibilities:

    • Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, etc. Dispose of trash and replace trash bags
    • Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Dust furniture, walls, and polish windows
    • Adhere to Kimco's cleaning standards, secure the premises by locking doors, etc.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in Housekeeping, Janitorial services, Custodial, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
    • Capable of bending, stooping, standing, walking, reaching, and climbing for prolonged periods
    • Able to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently and occasionally up to 50 lbs. without assistance
    • Strong team player with a positive attitude
