Our Team provides managed services and proactive and reactive support to our global customers. We utilize tools, process and knowledge to integrate and maintain Akamai security, media, and performance solutions. We cultivate a unique combination of deep technology expertise and understanding of business environments. We collaborate to solve problems, innovate to provide creative solutions and continuously improve for our customers.
Partner with the best
You'll be the primary security services contact, ensuring successful integration and support of customers on our platform. You will learn and implement creative solutions helping customers leverage Akamai's security and web performance products to achieve desired outcomes. We apply project management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver solutions based on Akamai's products, on time and with high quality.

Compensation
Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from $91,600 - $190,400/year; a candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Akamai provides industry-leading benefits including healthcare, 401K savings plan, company holidays, vacation (in the form of PTO), sick time, family friendly benefits including parental leave and an employee assistance program including a focus on mental and financial wellness; Eligibility requirements apply.
