    *Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all aspects of nursing care and services, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
    • Develop and implement quality care initiatives to improve resident outcomes.
    • Manage and control the nursing department budget effectively.
    • Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the nursing staff.
    • Serve as the Nursing Home Administrator's backup as needed.
    *We are looking for a candidate with:
    • A minimum of one year of experience in a leadership role within a long-term care or rehabilitation setting (preferred).
    • Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) or above required.
    • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of NC.
    • Proven track record of success in improving quality of care and resident outcomes.
    • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the field of rehabilitation.
    • Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, internet browsers, and electronic medical record (EMR) software.
