- Ensure our residents receive the highest quality care and rehabilitation services, empowering them to reach their full potential.
- Oversee all aspects of nursing care and services, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Develop and implement quality care initiatives to improve resident outcomes.
- Manage and control the nursing department budget effectively.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the nursing staff.
- Serve as the Nursing Home Administrator's backup as needed.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a leadership role within a long-term care or rehabilitation setting (preferred).
- Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) or above required.
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of NC.
- Proven track record of success in improving quality of care and resident outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the field of rehabilitation.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, internet browsers, and electronic medical record (EMR) software.
