    IMMEDIATE OPENING for Aseptic Operator to join CDMO in Northern, NJ

    Description:

    • Ensures work is carried out in compliance with company Safety Policies, GMP, and SOPs. Knowledge of current GXP guidelines.
    • Reports accidents, incidents, and notifies manager of hazards in the workplace
    • Prepares for production run by reviewing schedule; identifying batch requirements; weighing and measuring ingredients.
    • Updates knowledge through training; takes ownership for training plan.
    • Responsible for error-free documentations; reports errors to management.
    • Obtaining equipment and raw material for manufacturing.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • 1 year -Pharma/Biotech Manufacturing Support and within Clean Room environments. Some technical certification desired.
    • Demonstrated ability to gown into aseptic manufacturing areas.
    • Previous experience in cell and gene therapy.
    • Must possess technical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot equipment independently.
    • Environmental Monitoring
    • Strong work ethic, Positive Attitude, Time Management, Problem Solving, Team Player, Self-Confidence & Ability to Accept & apply Lessons. Works with experts.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and organization skills.
