Key Responsibilities:
Train Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and customers
Develop training materials and classes for new products
Assisting in the development and testing of new products and continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) for existing products
Develop new Best-Known Methods (BKMs) and procedures for new and existing products
Develop startup procedures/manuals for new products
Resolve tool issues by working with internal departments such as field, MFG, quality and engineering
Resolve field issues by working with suppliers, customers and internal departments
Support new product field startup when needed


Requirements:
BS degree in Engineering or related field
Excellent organization and communication skills
Prior experience in semiconductor capital equipment and SEMI standards knowledge is a plus
Adhere to set safety standards
