    Primary Function -

    Responsible for overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of commercial construction-management projects. Candidates will be considered only with 5 + years of commercial construction experience.


    Responsibilities:

    • Direct and supervise work of project administration
    • Coordinate work with superintendents, architects and engineers to establish priorities
    • Plan and implement all projects
    • Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers
    Knowledge and Skills


    • Strong technical and communication skills are critical
    • Excellent organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Above average computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project and knowledge of Procore or similar construction software
    • Experience with reading blueprints and project specifications
    • Ability to estimate projects
    • Self-motivated with keen attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to stand alone on projects
