    SkyWater is partnering with an existing client in Minneapolisto find a Manufacturing Engineer for their growing team The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting manufacturing & assembly issues, leading new machine installations, working closely with operators on the floor, troubleshooting any machine issues, partnering with cross-functional engineering teams, and much more.

    Our client is a successful machinery manufacturer who we've placed multiple people with over the last few years.

    Responsibilities

    Identify manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
    Lead new machine installation projects when needed.
    Work with machine operators on manufacturing engineering projects.
    Create detailed layouts for equipment, workflows, etc.
    Other projects or responsibilities as assigned.
    Desired Skills and Experience

    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial or similar engineering role (or combination of roles).
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
